Interior Design Languedoc

The Village House were asked to provide designs and organise and oversee works to incorporate a roof terrace into an Architect designed and renovated ancient village house in the centre of an historical village in the Languedoc.

With a small square meterage of floor plan the concept was to create on the 4th and last level of the house a small roof terrace plus storage area with large glazed openings plus additional openings through the thick stone walls to provide access to the magnificent views over the haut Languedoc. Situated at the heart of this historical village and joined to the large church, planning consent was successfully obtained by The Village House to create this additional exterior space.

The completed terrace and bespoke folding doors and additional windows enhance the Architectural integrity and designed elements of the property.
