Completed in 2007, this barn conversion to artists atelier and residence was executed in 2 phases. The first phase transformed the ruin of an old barn to a watertight clean shell, fully plumbed and electrified with new bespoke roof, doors and windows. The building before works had no water, electricity, floors or much of a roof. The second phase saw more bespoke joinery and internal fit out including bespoke glazed floor panels, mezzanine and staircase, creating a clean bright open space over two levels.
