We aim to provide an economical service working to any size budget whether we are providing furniture layout proposals for a single space or full design services and project management. Fees can vary depending on the project scope and are usually based on an hourly rate but can be a pre-fixed sum, or a combination of both depending on the project phase. The cost of retaining our services is often offset by savings made on materials and equipment and by professional planning avoiding delays, un-necessary expenses and purchases. Bad planning and design provide dissapointing results, employing a qualified and experienced architecte d'interieur will enhance the value of your property and your enjoyment of it.
The initial client meeting is without charge. We may use this meeting to take basic survey measurements to facilitate any initial design layouts. Following this meeting we provide you with a detailed fee proposal based on your brief, outlining the various stages of the design process, with an indication of our likely working hours for each service stage.
Following client approval of the design stage and drawings, we can then continue to include full specifications to the design drawings and produce schedules of works for obtaining quotations, the submission of any necessary permissions and to facilitate contractors work on site.
We can and often do undertake the project management once on site to ensure a smooth and continuous running of the project. This provides the artisans and client with a complete service enabling swift decisions to be made during construction works with a full and complete knowledge of the clients wishes, the property and the designs.
